How quickly will you reply?
Within a couple of hours between 08:00 and 22:00 Vietnam time, and first thing the next morning outside those hours.
Can I book for tomorrow?
Often yes, outside peak season. Message the hotline rather than using the form — it is faster and we can tell you immediately whether there is a bike free.
Do you speak English?
Yes, in the office and on every tour. Our guides and drivers speak English; a few also speak French or Chinese, and we can request one if you ask.
Can I change my dates after booking?
Usually, subject to availability. Ask as early as you can — moving a booking a week out is simple, moving it the day before is not.
